I am Namuli (meaning Grandmother in Indigenous American tongue), an interdisciplinary fine artist, movement artist, ceremonial energy healer and facilitator, mother, wife and connection guide creating experiences that explore connection beyond romance, beyond labels, beyond gender, beyond sexuality, beyond hierarchy, and beyond traditional relationship structures and societal exceptions. Rather through and with our energetic senses first.

I design revelatory experiences that support how we connect to ourselves, our bodies, to spirit, our gifts, our ancestors, our chosen families, our communities and each other.

As a mom to an autistic teen, a late-diagnosed autistic woman myself and later-in-life lesbian, my work is informed by lived experience.

Unmasking, identity reclamation, co-regulation, sensory attunement, and learning how to relate and continue loving, connecting and living on this planet without performing, fixing, or forcing.

Whether you are queer, neurodivergent, questioning, curious, creatively called, or simply feel sensitive, misunderstood and exhausted by relational norms, advice and expectations that never fit, you are welcome here.

My offerings are available in-person in Virginia Beach and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. Select experiences are offered virtually.
